A single night will be charged at £100 except Xmas & NY when the full rate will be charged.
* We will be pleased to discuss your booking by phone, mail or email
* A deposit of 25% of the total rent is normally required to secure any booking
* Full payment will be expected no later than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival
* If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to re-let
* No payment reminders will be sent unless specifically required
* In case of cancellation we will refund in full should we be able to re-let
* Bookings accepted more than 12 months in advance will be at the current rate
* Extended stay booking discount can be discussed
* Keys are available at 4pm or possibly earlier by arrangement
* We ask you to vacate by 10.30am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement is made with Pauline
-and a couple of House Rules
* Sorry - but it is NO SMOKING we have to cater for the majority.
* Also NO PETS -there is no outside area so the cottage really is not suitable
* Each client is asked to leave the property as it was handed over to them
* We expect any damage and/or breakages to be paid for at cost
